My career in the travel industry started out as a promise to my mother 30 years ago. She told me get a job so you can see the world, so I figured I would go to school to become a travel agent. I attended Academy Pacific where I completed my travel education and when I graduated I got a job working with a travel agency that a very close friend of the family owned. She taught me more there than I learned in all the time I was in school. HANDS ON IS BEST. I went on to work for her for many years and then together we joined the Plaza Travel family. I left to start a family of my own and then continued to dip my feet in the travel business. I worked for several different companies including Princess cruises for almost 5 years. I also worked at a cruise-only agency for several years. I decided to be closer to home and worked at a small agency in my home town. I did that for a few years but I just felt something was missing so I took a job at another agency further from working with outside agents, but it just didn't feel like it was where I needed to be. One day I got a call from Steve Orens, President of Plaza Travel, offering me a position in his entertainment division. I was excited and nervous as it was something I had never done before. To make a long story short, I am back with my Plaza Travel family GOING ON 3 YEARS NOW after being gone for over 15 years. I am where I belong and work with a great bunch of people. Our entertainment department is one of the best group of ladies I have ever worked with. I get to work on some amazing shows. THIS IS WHERE I WILL BE UNTIL I RETIRE!!!!!!

Zac joined the FROSCH Leisure Help team in 2018 after being originally hired by FROSCH Mann Travels in 2014. He currently serves as a member of the ClientBase Advisory Board and the Signature Technical Advisory Board. Prior to becoming a professional within the travel industry, Zac worked aboard the passenger trains running between Seward & Fairbanks, Alaska. Zac resides in Charlotte, NC where he enjoys all four seasons, running, disc golf, and weekend trips to the nearby coast or mountains.

Cheryl Rhoads has been in the travel industry for over 50 years. 30 of those years have been with our Adventure Travel/FROSCH team in our Pompano Beach office. Cheryl has travelled extensively throughout the World and has in-depth industry knowledge. She specializes in cruises, land vacations to South and Central Africa, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand. Cheryl loves being on the front line which gives her the opportunity to work with her existing customers and meet new clients in person or remote.

Let me introduce myself, when I started down this path it was completely by accident. I originally wanted my career to be in the pharmaceutical industry. That was going to be my path and I was going to dabble in travel so I would be knowledgeable when it came time to booking my own vacations. However, there was a fork in the road, it led me to the travel industry, and I have not looked back. I started working as a leisure agent booking Disney Vacations with AAA/CAA. Once I realized that the other side of the coin was Corporate Travel, I jumped in right away and found my fit. The challenge was something I could get manage and I loved the hustle and bustle of "Corporate America". I am able to balance both worlds equally, corporate and leisure travel. I am so proud to be a part of the FROSCH team, whose connections in the travel industry far exceed my expectations. Working with an agency such as Frosch has opened so many doors and contacts around the world. As a member of The Signature Travel Network, the recognition has allowed me the opportunity to offer more luxury products and services to many of my clients. For all my clients, I can offer an exceptional team that work for them around the clock. Clients know that I am here for them when needed and can always be reached for assistance, including the use of our emergency after-hours desk. For my leisure clients, I offer my expertise, my knowledge and even my personal firsthand experiences from around the world.
